Finding and Embodying Your Voice
15 - 19th March 2026

The most extraordinary experience of your life
Four days in the foothills of the Pyrénées, with some of the most forward thinking artists, thought leaders and entrepreneurs, participating in an immersive and experiential learning journey that will bring healing to our world

The Challenge
Our systems reward brutality over wisdom, competition over collaboration, dominance over partnership. This masculine paradigm—infecting both men and women in power—has spawned authoritarian regimes that crush dissent and treat citizens as disposable. It breeds zero-sum thinking that sees every interaction as winner-takes-all, rigid hierarchies that suffocate innovation and grassroots solutions, and reward structures that celebrate aggression while punishing cooperation.
A future without feminine leadership will be fatal for civilization. We've built a world that worships strength while despising adaptability, that breaks under pressure because it refuses to bend. It’s time for us to rebuild our paradigm of leadership.
Finding and Embodying Your Voice is an innovative leadership development workshop led by award-winning entrepreneur and global leader, Caroline Watson, accompanied by Indian classical dancer Preeti Vasudevan and Grammy-nominated composer and singer Clarice Assad, who harness the power of the arts to untap your true voice and leadership presence.
Expanding beyond traditional leadership training methods, these unique women help you to find a deep balance between the power of embodied learning and rebalancing leadership in the 21st century.
The programme inspires greater authenticity and personal presence to support a nurturing balance between work and personal life, creating pathways for more women to lead on the global stage.
Setting the scene: Leadership Presence and Stepping Onto the World Stage with Caroline Watson
Our world is in crisis and we desperately need new models of leadership. For far too long, leadership has been the domain of men, singular in their approach of a top-down, domineering and often aggressive style, the winner takes all. It’s evidently not working. Our world is more and more polarised, with a fundamental lack of humanity and, extraordinarily, decisions being made with not an ounce of maturity or even basic intelligence.
It is time for women to rise as the leaders our world needs. Whilst we know men are theoretically capable of leading with more nuance, compassion, an ability to deal with complexity and common sense, these qualities are currently hugely lacking in our world today. We need more women to step up to the task of transforming our world and fundamentally shifting the paradigms that have lead to our current crises.
Caroline blends her unique background of training in the theatre and her own global entrepreneurial journey to help women develop strong leadership presence, alongside understanding the very needed steps to transform our world from the inside out:
- Learn to own your voice through a deeper understanding of leadership presence: How more confident communication - neither passive, nor aggressive, but truly assertive - can empower both men and women to step up as leaders
- Uncover the blocks in your own thinking: Realise the tremendous power you have to shape our world anew, inspiring your sense of agency and potential in the world
- Understand what the world needs from you: As feminine leaders, there is much work to be done. By strengthening our understanding of ourselves, we can step onto the world stage with courage, confidence and compassion
There has never been a more important time to understand the unique role you play as a feminine leader and to make the commitment to be part of the change our world so desperately needs.
Part 1: Body as memory with Preeti Vasudevan
Body as Memory is an invitation to embark on a journey of self-discovery, a unique leadership development experience that goes beyond traditional training methods. Drawing on the wisdom of ancient Eastern practices and contemporary Western approaches, we guide you to explore the stories held within your body, uncovering the hidden narratives that have shaped your leadership journey.
Here's what you can expect:
- Embodied Confidence: Through movement and breathwork drawn from diverse traditions, we'll help you build confidence by connecting with your body, reframing self-perception, building ‘body confidence’ and embracing vulnerability.
- Emotional Mastery: Explore the eight "rasas" or emotional states from Indian aesthetics to deepen your understanding of your emotional landscape and develop resilience in challenging times.
- Authentic Presence: Cultivate a leadership presence that inspires trust and connection by aligning your inner self with your outer expression, communicating with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
Body as Memory is a transformative journey of self-discovery. It's an opportunity to connect with your inner story, deep cultural wisdom, embrace your vulnerabilities, and emerge as a more authentic and impactful leader.
Part II: VOXploration: Unlocking Your Leadership Voice with Clarice Assad
VOXploration is a unique leadership development program designed to unlock the power of authentic expression through the mastery of voice and sound. Inspired by years of research and personal experience in music, theatre, and performance art, this workshop offers a transformative journey for leaders seeking to connect with their voice and communicate with greater confidence and impact.
Through a dynamic blend of vocal exercises, sound exploration, and embodied practices, participants will:
- Discover the full potential of their voice: Learn to harness the nuances of tone, pitch, and rhythm to command attention, build rapport, and inspire action.
- Overcome communication barriers: Develop the confidence and skills to communicate effectively in any setting, from one-on-one conversations to large presentations.
- Unleash creative potential: Tap into the creative power of voice and sound to foster innovation, collaboration, and a more dynamic leadership style.
By cultivating a deeper understanding of the impact of voice and sound, leaders can elevate their communication skills, inspire their teams, and drive meaningful change.

Clarice AssadClarice’s personal statement: My journey as a musician began with a paradox: born into a family of renowned artists, I possessed natural talent, yet crippling shyness threatened to silence my voice. Through years of dedicated exploration—pushing beyond my comfort zone, experimenting with improvisation, theater, and performance art—I discovered the tools to unlock my creative potential. Now, I share this transformative journey through VOXploration, a workshop designed to empower others to find their voice and express themselves with confidence. By tapping into the power of music and movement, participants develop a deeper connection to their bodies and natural expressiveness, gaining practical techniques to channel nervous energy into creative confidence, whether they're giving a presentation, leading a meeting, or simply engaging in everyday conversations.
