A New Blueprint for
Global Governance
Autumn/Fall 2025
We must urgently create a governance model that’s more multimodal, more representative of typically unheard, and more representative of the global majority. By actively co-creating a fundamentally new, post-Westphalian system based in equality, representation, and moral integrity, we plan to bypass the inertia of existing institutions.
Here, we will address the urgent need for us to identify alternative models of governance and leadership. We believe this urgency stems from the glaring inadequacies and moral corruption of current global governance systems, evidenced by failures such as the inability to avert genocide, the ongoing collapse of global order, the rise of tech oligarchies, and the growing influence of the Global South. Our discussions focus on creating a global governance model that is more multimodal, representative of typically unheard voices, and responsive to the global majority.
Our purpose is to actively co-create a fundamentally new, post-Westphalian system that is more equitable, representative, and morally robust, bypassing the inertia of existing institutions. Our concrete goal is to open the door to radically new ways of thinking about global governance and to forge a new blueprint for the future. We believe this targets visionary and courageous leaders prepared to dismantle and rebuild foundational global structures, appealing to those who believe in radical systemic change.

The Challenge
The current world order is breaking down. The UN system has failed to deliver an effective model of global governance—one that rises above the narrow interests of nation-states. Today’s system is designed around countries, not the role of individuals in humanity.
What we need is a model of governance where individuals are the foundation. Governments and leaders should be accountable not just to their nations, but to humanity as a whole. Imagine if global leaders were, in effect, “employed” by us: power would no longer depend solely on where one lives, even in authoritarian states.
We demand systems of governance that prioritize the needs of humanity over the self-interest of nation-states.

What We Will Create
Together, we will design a new conception of global governance—one with real power, real leadership, and real accountability to humanity.
Core Mandate:
Citizen Sovereignty: Build governance models where legitimacy comes from humanity itself, not governments.
People’s Assemblies: Pioneer global citizen assemblies through sortition—ordinary people selected to deliberate and decide on issues of planetary consequence.
New Leadership Architecture: Shift from state-centric authority to humanity-centered leadership, accountable to individuals everywhere.
Deliverables:
Citizen Assembly Blueprint: A practical framework for creating and scaling global juries of ordinary people, with protocols for decision-making, representation, and authority.
Governance Innovation Lab: A dedicated initiative to design and test new governance structures that transcend the nation-state.
Impact Metrics: Systems to measure decision quality, inclusivity, and accountability—tracking whether this new model serves humanity better than existing state-based structures.
Execution:
Through our incubator program, we will transform these concepts into a concrete initiative: convening global citizen assemblies, piloting new governance mechanisms, and building the legitimacy and influence of a humanity-first governance system.
Following the retreat, we will transform what we discuss into concrete action with measurable impact. Over 3, 6, 9, and 12 months, we’ll work alongside you to bring your vision to life, leveraging a world-class network to ensure your experience creates real change in the world. You’ll also have access to bi-monthly networking sessions with your cohort to deepen learning, share progress, and integrate transformation into daily life—along with lifelong membership in our Higher Order Leadership community, offering ongoing support, connection, and opportunities well into the future.
