Our Approach
In addition to our corporate leadership work, we run a range of programmes for young people as well as emerging leaders in low-income or marginalised communities around the world, in partnership with our sister charity, Scheherazade Initiatives. Many of these programmes are supported by philanthropic partners around the world with a commitment to youth development and refugee support.,
We also offer free or reduced fee access to many of our summer camp workshops and Festival performances for local communities in the Béarn region through the work we do at Clos de Gaye.

Youth Leadership
Summer Camp programmes designed for young people from the ages of 16 - 30, designed to give them the personal leadership skills to navigate a happy and successful transition to adulthood.
Community programmes
Building on our founder’s background in international development and humanitarian contexts, we run a range of programmes at Clos de Gaye in partnership with our sister organisation Scheherazade Initiatives. Ranging from participatory theatre programmes and other arts interventions to work and internship opportunities, we primarily work with migrant, refugee or displaced populations, and local communities experiencing exclusion in some form.
