15th to 19th November 2025
Clos de Gaye, Southwest France
At this extraordinary, invite-only, summit, we will bring together world leaders committed to constructing a truly multi-polar world that more accurately reflects emerging power structures. Starting from fundamentals, we will develop a profound approach to rethinking global order in the aftermath of devastation — in the Middle East and beyond.
Together, we will move beyond conventional geopolitical maneuvers to establish a new moral and philosophical bedrock for international relations. We aim to transcend traditional political solutions, believing that current global systems falter not merely due to power imbalances, but from a lack of shared foundational values. We believe this appeals to leaders aspiring to leave a legacy of ethical governance, shifting focus from reactive crisis management to proactive, values-driven global architecture.

The Challenge
The crisis in Gaza has been both a cause and effect of the collapse of the world order and a shocking stain on the soul of humanity.
Our leaders have demonstrated cowardice where courage was demanded, offering platitudes instead of solutions for lasting peace. This crisis exposes the fundamental failure of nation-state supremacy as the foundation of global governance.
The old order is crumbling. We must seize this moment—with China's rise and shifting global power—to forge a new framework that prioritizes shared humanity over national dominance. The alternative is perpetual instability and moral decay.
The choice is stark: transform or collapse.

What We Will Create
Together, we will forge the foundational principles of a new world order, then put them into action.
Core Mandate:
- First Principles: Define non-negotiable rules for global collaboration on climate, AI, and security threats
- Behavioral Standards: Establish how humanity must show up—rights matched with responsibilities, not selective application
- Leadership Framework: Gaza proved current "human rights" are hierarchical fiction. We demand universal accountability.
Deliverables:
- Principles Declaration: The constitutional blueprint for shared global leadership
- Strategic Roadmap: Concrete implementation plan with deadlines
- Accountability System: We will develop data metrics tracking: - Leadership performance against Nolan Principles
- Individual and structural compliance mechanisms
- Real-time monitoring dashboards

Execution: Transform these principles into thought leadership, systemic change initiatives, and high-impact projects through our Clos de Gaye Impact Hub.
Following the retreat, we will transform what we discuss into concrete action with measurable impact. Over 3, 6, 9, and 12 months, we’ll work alongside you to bring your vision to life, leveraging a world-class network to ensure your experience creates real change in the world. You’ll also have access to bi-monthly networking sessions with your cohort to deepen learning, share progress, and integrate transformation into daily life—along with lifelong membership in our Higher Order Leadership community, offering ongoing support, connection, and opportunities well into the future.
