Calling all recent graduates and those looking for an inspirational kick start to their career! This is a multi-day career development workshop intended for 25 - 35 year old young professionals.
Join us for 4 days of magical and life-changing workshops that use arts-based and creative approaches to your personal and professional leadership development, coming together with others from around the world in the stunning natural setting of the Clos de Gaye estate at the foothlls of the Pyrénées!
In a period of huge uncertainty, with the threats of global conflict, artificial intelligence and climate change, we bring you high-level thinking about how to think about your future, build the resilience to navigate times of rapid change, and ensure you have robust ways of thinking about your future and ensuring stability and financial success.
Our founder, Caroline Watson, is passionate about supporting young people on their journey to self-discovery and knows a thing or two personally about the mental (and physical!) barriers that can often threaten to stand in the way of you finding your own voice. As a young person with creative and artistic dreams, and a strong streak of entrepreneurialism, she had to navigate the ups and downs of forging a unique path in the world, often facing opposition from those around her in following her dreams. Caroline believes that the current challenges we are facing in the world offer an opportunity for young people to lead in unique and compelling ways, whilst also building the necessary entrepreneurial skills to navigate huge uncertainty in the future of work. With courage and conviction, Caroline will inspire you to realise you are in control of your own destiny and have you leaving the camp fully believing in your potential for an amazing life!
Over 4 days, you will take part in inspirational talks, workshops, discussions and performances that feed your soul, bring you an informed and inspired experiential learning journey that help you to take control of your life, renew your sense of joy and create an opportunity to build supportive networks for the next stage of your journey.
For the investment of just 649 euros for 4 days of workshops, food and shared accommodation in our luxury bell tents, this is an experience like no other. A part of our Healing for Humanity Summer Camp programme that brings together amazing people from around the world to be part of restoring our shared humanity and building the strength and resilience through joy, creativity and visionary leadership.
