Leading With Purpose and Vision; Leadership Presence and Compelling Communication
A double bill of inspiration for your leadership vision! Finding your voice is a beautiful blend of digging deep into your sense of purpose, what makes you uniquely ‘you’ in the world, and helps you refine what it is you want to be, do and say. By learning the skills of leadership presence, you can then confidently step into your power, able to move your vision forward, whilst enrolling others to be part of your journey. And bringing people into your journey, isn’t just about a boss or a client, it might be an investor or funder, members of your local community, or even your spouse or family! When we know how to communicate from the core of who we are, we are more grounded, empowered and energized to fulfill our potential, unmoved by the challenges of life, and able to overcome anxiety with more confidence, clarity and conviction.
This leadership development workshop is run by Clos de Gaye and The Centre for the Arts and Global Leadership’s founder, Caroline Watson, who is a highly-sought after communications coach and leadership trainer. With a background in the theatre and the arts, Caroline is able to bring the tools of an actor to bear not just on your public speaking skills, but your communication skills more broadly - even showing you how to develop more authority (not authoritarianism - that’s different :-) with your kids too! Caroline normally works in more traditional corporate settings but, for the first time this summer, will be making her tools and techniques available to those attending our summer camp programmes, giving you an opportunity to not only relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Clos de Gaye, but come away with a concrete set of skills to use in your personal and professional life.
Workshop dates:
Friday 11th July 9.30 - 1pm 70 euros, to include tea and coffee
Friday 25th July 9.30 - 1pm 70 euros, to include tea and coffee break
or combine this workshop with a ‘Poetry in the Potager’ workshop with Alex and Hannah and an afternoon session on The Power of our Story with Visualisation and Images with Gina Badenoch for a whole day’s treat at Clos de Gaye!
Friday 8th August 9.30 to 5pm 125 euros to include lunch and afternoon tea and cake
Or upgrade to just 145 euros for the full day to include dinner and our fabulous concert with Milos and Anja!
Please note, all adult workshops can be delivered in both French and English. Many of our facilitators speak both languages but we also always have someone on hand to translate as needed. We are very warm and welcoming of both international and local visitors and keen to share our learning experiences with everyone!
