Personal Leadership for Women in Transition
Returning to work after raising children, expatriation, divorce, retirement or other life transitions, can be a challenging time for many women, a huge change for them and their families and creating a shift in roles that can be a deep source of confusion and anxiety.
Caroline Watson is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, raised as an expatriate in Hong Kong, and now a professional leadership coach to government and corporate leaders around the world. Caroline is a passionate advocate for the role of women in leadership, whether in the corporate boardroom, in government ministry, raising children, or as community leaders, and believes the time has come for all women to step up to the plate and reach their full potential, not just for themselves, but for the benefit of all humanity.
Recently settled in Gan where she heads up The Centre for the Arts and Global Leadership, and Clos de Gaye, our retreat space and impact hub, Caroline welcomes women at a transitional stage in their life to come together in community with other women to dig deep into their own leadership journey and begin to chart a course for the next stage of their careers and personal lives.
