‘Structure and Fluidity’ - Dance and Movement workshop to support Feminine Leadership
Challenging times in our world call to be able to balance the desire for structure and certainty with the need to feel comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty. Our capacity to understand the way in which every moment is an opportunity to test out both aspects of who we are can strengthen our everyday choices in both the personal and professional sphere. We are also so often uncomfortable in our bodies, socially conditioned to sit behind a computer all day and use just one part of our brain, still even less our bodies.
This 2-hour workshop will give you the tools to ‘get out of your head’ and begin to feel more, to trust your intuition, to learn to go with the flow, and feel comfortable with living in more fluid situations. It will also be an opportunity to explore a truly beautiful piece of music and understand the relationship between music, movement and wellbeing.
The workshop will be lead by Royal Ballet-school teacher Lisa Mowser from Hong Kong.
Date: Friday 11th July 2 - 4pm
Price: 45 euros for 2 hours to include a free cup of tea in our Rose Garden at the end of the workshop.
Please note, all adult workshops can be delivered in both French and English. Many of our facilitators speak both languages but we also always have someone on hand to translate as needed. We are very warm and welcoming of both international and local visitors and keen to share our learning experiences with everyone!
